Holiday Delays: COVID-19 Update
Dear Customers,
It should come as no surprise to you all that this year marks an unprecedented increase in online shopping. It should also come as no surprise that COVID-19, and the health measures put in place to keep us all safe has additional stress on the logistics and shipping industries.
With COVID cases spiking across the continent, government mandated lockdowns and curfews have significantly lowered attendance from our warehouse employees. This means we have fewer people working to get your orders shipped during the busiest time of the year in a time when online shopping is the only option for millions of people across North America. This past month we have experienced delays in all aspects of our shipping process, from receiving, packaging, and shipping to your door.
We know a lot of you are waiting on your order, we sincerely appreciate your patience with us as we navigate our way through these challenges. We will continue to pay careful attention to this situation and keep you updated as we work towards getting your product to you.
We recommend shopping early to avoid any holiday disappointment. Any orders made before December 4th will arrive with plenty of time to be neatly wrapped and placed under the tree. After December 4th, we can no longer guarantee your Vertiball will arrive before the 25th.
